I love my sexuality! But it wasn't always the case!
As a teen I hated my body, felt awkward with intimacy, had no clue what gave me pleasure...and generally had a drunken haze of an experience. I wondered what the fuss was all about.
The thing is, I was passive. I let the guy do his thing. I didn't even know there was a difference between being passive and being receptive!

Luckily I met a tantric man when I was 21, who later became my husband. I discovered sex that was highly pleasurable, went on for hours and took me to the stars and beyond!
But that still wasn't enough.
Deep down, I felt inadequate. It was wonderful he could do great things to me. But my own sexuality was still essentially a mystery to myself. I couldn't be rescued by someone else after all. I would just have to make this journey for myself.
And thus began my investigation into Sacred Sexuality, Tantra and Tao. A lot of the classes I joined were for women-only...after all, in mixed tantric classes I found I was still getting lost in my partners. I wanted to know how to create experiences for myself and THEN share them with others.
I healed traumas. I awakened my sexual energy. I opened my body. I opened my heart.
I learned sacred dance. And sexual dance.
I tried yoni massage, jade egg practice, pelvic floor work, breast massage, self-pleasure meditation.
And I found a treasure with value beyond measure: My own authentic sexuality!
Now I spend most of my professional life dedicated to teaching other women to do the same!
But that still wasn't enough.
