One of our deepest longings, if not THE deepest, is simply to be ourself our true self.
But why is this so hard? Only because we grow up in societies that give us a whole bunch of ideas of what is good and bad, what is right and wrong. We end up forming a social self, modelled on what we think is acceptable, and having a shadow self containing all the parts we were told were somehow wrong.
Tantra is an ancient path of Unifying ourselves back to our totality. Embodying our truth.
It is all about uniting parts that might have become split. It could be our inner masculine and feminine qualities, our sexual self with our spiritual self, our shadow and our light, our inner child with our higher self...
Our sexuality can show us where our shadow is buried. Many parts of ourself we repress end up trying to express through our sexuality, including emotions we tried not to feel as well as things we feel guilty about. Our mind reveals what we think is acceptable and who we are trying to be...our masks. Our heart is the place where we can transcend judgements and allow healing to happen.
So Tantra is the path of unifying sex, heart and mind.
Tantra is a love making between apparent opposites, allowing them to reunite.
Tantra is the path back to our wholeness, our unity and our authentic self.

I am Shashi Solluna, a Tantric Facilitator and CoachI am passionate about the journey of embodied awakening, especially in the areas of sex, love and intimacy.
When I first went on a spiritual quest, I found non-dual "enlightenment" and thought that I was "complete" on my journey at the age of 21! However, I soon began to realize that I had skipped over my personal healing, including communication skills, trauma-healing, deconditioning, shadow work, sexual awakening, intimacy and other aspects of personal transformation. In short, I had bypassed the personal in my hurry to reach transcendence! But as soon as I entered relationship, I realized that my "enlightenment" was incomplete! I needed to embody that "Higher Truth" and to unite my persona self with my higher self in order to become fully authentic. |
That realization was the start of a journey to discover Tantra, Tao and relationship tools that would end up becoming my life path.
After many years of dedication on this path, I now teach Tantra to women and couples around the world and online. I share ancient tools from the Tao Tantric Arts that empower you to awaken sexual energy and use it for bringing more vitality, creativity, love and consciousness into your life and your relationship.
