What to Expect
Morning classes of Partner Qigong will start our day, opening our energy channels and learning how to connect with our beloved using our energy.
After breakfast we will have a morning class, exploring building a Conscious Relationship using tools, practices and meditations from Tao and Tantra. For details of the practices we share, please click here.
We will share lunch and then each couple will have time on their own. This is for walking in the gardens, enjoying the pools and also your "homework"! Each day you will be given practices to take home to explore in the privacy of your own bedroom.
After dinner we will have evening programs together in the Yoga Hall.
Please note there will be one day left free for a couples' adventure together. You may plan a trip to the beach or the local town to explore together if you wish. However, the organization for these will be up to you. The Retreat Centre can help you with those plans.
Our intention is that you will both feel deeply relaxed and recharged, fall deeper in love and access new levels of passion and connection together!

Prices range from £65 to £165 per night plus £45 a day per person for three meals. There are 7 nights on this retreat. (Please note that prices for this resort are in GBP). Once you have signed up for the course we will send details of accommodation options that are available.
